Job summary

Tier 1 Energy Inc. offers a Technical Graduate Development Program to recent graduates from recognized technical programs.

The program provides onboarding, mentorship, and hands-on field experience in Completions Tools and Wireline divisions. Successful candidates will rotate through training and field locations, learning operation and maintenance of specialized equipment while working with seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate from a recognized technical program.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
• Willingness to travel and work across remote locations.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license is considered an asset.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Tier 1 Energy is seeking motivated recent graduates from recognized technical programs to join ourTechnical Graduate Development Program. This program is designed to provide a strong foundation in oilfield operations through structured onboarding, technical training, mentorship, and hands‑on field experience.

Successful candidates will begin with an introductory orientation and training program before being assigned to experienced fieldlocations, where they will develop their skills in our Completions Tools and Wireline divisions while working alongside industry professionals.
