This role offers you the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team, oversee high-priority strategic projects, and contribute to innovative solutions within our organization!

What You Will Do:
  • Supporting system and process improvements, incident resolution, and access management for Records & GIS Management systems.
  • Representing the GDS Records & GIS department on internal and external committees, introducing innovative ideas and influencing emerging regulations.
  • Aggregating, classifying, reviewing, and improving asset and work data across various systems such as GIS, Maximo, and SAP-PM.
  • Leading data requests for reporting, analytics, and mapping to support initiatives like the Asset Plan and risk studies.
  • Providing subject matter expertise, technical consultation, and training support as needed.
  • Implementing and maintaining the GIS master landbase and web-based interfaces.
  • Providing effective leadership to your team through regular meetings, work assignments, performance reviews, and continuous feedback.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality control and timely processing of invoices.
  • Handling financial aspects of the portfolio, including budget adherence and reporting on incurred costs.
Who You Are:
  • A related university degree in Business, Information Systems/Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or Analytics.
  • Eight years of experience in roles directly related to the specified accountabilities and team responsibilities.
  • Proven leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of Maximo, GIS, SAP-PM, SQL, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in analytics, problem-solving, and process/procedure improvement.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Asset & Work Management Data Standards and relevant company policies.
  • Certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) are an asset.
Working Conditions:
  • Office environment with occasional travel (5 to 10 times per year) between Enbridge regions or office locations.
  • A valid Ontario ‘G’ Driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required.
  • Compliance with FlexWork options for GDS Ontario Operations employees is required.
