We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Solutions Consultant to join our North American team. In this role, you will work closely with law firms to understand their operational needs, translate those requirements into effective solutions, oversee system configuration and data migration, train users, and guide clients toward best practices that support accurate financial and operational outcomes.
- Partner with law firms and legal-technology providers to understand business goals, workflows, and technical requirements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to identify opportunities for solution deployment or custom development.
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of legal technology platforms, including configuration, integration, and functional testing.
- Oversee project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth execution.
- Design or support data migration strategies that prioritize accuracy, completeness, and financial data integrity.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to end users ahead of system rollout.
- Support go-live activities and ensure a seamless transition to new systems.
- Deliver post-implementation support and serve as a trusted advisor for ongoing optimization and enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience as a Solutions Consultant, Business Analyst, or Implementation Specialist—preferably within the legal industry or legal-tech environment.
- Hands-on experience with practice management and/ordocument management systems (e.g., iManage, NetDocuments, Elite3E, Clio, Aderant).
- Understanding of APIs, data migration processes, and system integration best practices.
- Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools.
- SQL or data-querying proficiency.
- Prior experience working within a law firm or legal operations setting.
- Project management capabilities or formal PM experience.
