Overview

Join our Global Wealth and Asset Management Technology team! We seek a proficient Power BI Analyst with a good foundation in ITIL processes and experience in AI automation to improve our decision-making capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience and be skilled in automating reports and processes using AI technologies. This role requires a great problem solver who excels at delivering automated solutions and is well-versed in Agile delivery processes, including Scrum ceremonies!

Position Responsibilities
  • Dashboard Development: Build, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to leadership and interested parties.
  • Apply advanced Power BI features to build compelling visuals that effectively communicate complex data trends and patterns.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • ITIL Process Management: Apply knowledge of ITIL processes specifically Change, Release, Incident and Problem management to ensure our data solutions align with best practices.
  • Automation Development: Develop and apply automation solutions to optimize data processing, reporting efficiency, and predictive analysis capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT delivery and global technology teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for data visualization and automation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Discover opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes, improving the efficiency and accuracy of our data solutions.
  • Training and supporting: Offer training and assistance to end-users to boost the adoption and effective utilization of Power BI tools, dashboards, and AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience applying Power BI, including crafting dashboards and visualizing data with automation.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Power Query and data modeling within Power BI. Experience with AI tools and other BI platforms is a plus.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of ITIL protocols, specifically Change, Release, Incident, and Problem management.
  • Proficiency in automating processes: Demonstrated track record in developing and deploying AI solutions for data automation and predictive analytics.
  • Analytical Skills: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with a good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Agile Experience: Experience in Agile methodologies and proficiency in participating in Scrum ceremonies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Salary and Location

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Salary range is expected to be between CAD 75,880.00 and CAD 140,920.00.
