About Our Project Services Team

Our Project Services team facilitates the implementation of the Pandell suite of 12+ product groups. They are problem-solvers, data wranglers, and collaborators who make software work beautifully for clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Work directly with clients to understand their land data and business requirements.
  • Analyze land datasets and design standard conversion rules for migrations.
  • Build source-to-target mapping documents showing data movement from legacy systems into Pandell software.
  • Write clear, concise documentation to support data conversion specialists and stakeholders.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure accurate, reliable data conversions.
  • Provide technical support to clients during and after implementations.
  • Build knowledge of land terminology, industry practices, and software best practices.
  • Partner with leadership to recommend and implement process improvements.

  • Strong SQL skills for data mapping, validation, and quality assurance.
  • Experience with databases, data conversions, and project lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (you spot details others miss).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate across cross-functional teams (analysts, developers, QA, data specialists).
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude (you take initiative and make things happen).
Extra Credit
  • Experience working directly with land management software.
  • Background in the land industry.
  • Industry knowledge in oil & gas or renewables.
  • Exposure to SaaS product implementations.
