Job summary

Pattison Food Group Ltd. in Langley, BC, is seeking a Learning & Development Project Specialist to lead the design and delivery of learning solutions across technology initiatives.

You will partner with SMEs to assess needs and create engaging eLearning, video, and instructor-led sessions, leveraging Storyline, Rise and other tools. The role requires 5 years in instructional design with a strong grasp of adult learning, multimedia development, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Requires PIDP/CTDP/Adult Education cert or equivalent.
• 5 years designing and developing learning solutions, preferably for technology implementations or large-scale change in retail or customer-focused settings.
• Strong instructional design and instructional technology background.
• Solid knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Datango, Snagit, Camtasia).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning solutions for technology transformation projects.
• Conduct learning needs analysis with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Provide guidance on learning requirements, timelines and risks.
• Develop engaging learning activities and course content using adult learning principles.
• Facilitate training as needed.
• Create online courses (SCORM/AICC) and learning resources.
• Devising assessment methods to measure effectiveness.
• Stay current with learning trends and tools.
