Qualifications

• Customer-focused tech knowledge and enthusiasm for consumer electronics.
• Ability to explain complex tech concepts to non-technical customers.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends.
• Past experience in consumer electronics or related retail sales is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales assistance across Computers, Audio Visual Equipment, Mobile Phones, Electronics, and Photographic equipment.
• Position London Drugs as a destination for trusted tech experts and guidance.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and helpful customer service.
• Stay up-to-date on new technology and attend product knowledge seminars.
• Perform inventory counts, merchandise the department, and maintain brand image.
