Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within security, technology, or a related services industry.
• Strong understanding of CCTV systems, security technology, or similar technical service offerings.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage customer relationships, and grow a service‑based business.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Technology Division, including CCTV monitoring, equipment supply, installation, maintenance, and repair services.
• Ensure technology services are delivered efficiently, reliably, and in accordance with company standards.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and procedures.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and supporting customer acquisition efforts.
• Develop, manage, and maintain the Technology Division’s operating budget.
