• Experience leading a Project Management Office (PMO) or Center of Excellence (CoE) in technology.
• Willingness to step in and manage projects directly.
• Proven problem-solving skills in a project environment.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of Project Managers.
• Understanding of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with budget development and financial tracking.
