About the Role
Our client a global company specializing in Blockchain Fintech and Gaming platforms is looking for a Technical Lead to architect and lead high-scale product development.
You will work closely with the Product Manager engineering teams across countries and strategic partners such as KYC providers and payment gateways.
This is an international assignment
- 3 months training in Thailand 1 year onsite in Brazil
- All relocation and visa costs fully covered by the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture & System Design
- Translate business requirements into clear scalable technical specs.
- Design and review system architecture for web & mobile applications.
- Lead integration with external partners (KYC payment gateways service providers).
2. Technical Leadership
Lead development using :
- Backend : Go (Fiber) Java (Kraken / Express) Nginx
- Messaging : MQTT NATS Redis Pub / Sub
- Databases : PostgreSQL CockroachDB MongoDB Redis
- Real-time : WebSocket /
- Monitoring : Prometheus Grafana ELK Sentry
- Cloud & Deploy : Docker Kubernetes (EKS / GKE) AWS Azure
3. Front-End Collaboration
Work with the FE team on :
- (React 18)
- Zustand / Redux Toolkit
- React Query / SWR
- Authentication with OAuth2 JWT Keycloak
4. Team Management
- Coordinate onshore / offshore / outsource engineering teams.
- Mentor engineers and promote strong engineering culture.Manage technical risks troubleshoot complex system issues.
5. Vendor Partnership
- Work with external partners and ensure smooth technical integration.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend architecture improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience specializing in Golang or Java.
- Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong architecture system design and cloud experience.
- Experience integrating KYC providers payment gateways or similar services.
- Ability to work on multi-country product environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Language requirement : English is mandatory.
- Additional Vietnamese or another language is a plus.
