Job description

Tim Hortons in Fredericton, NB is hiring a Full Time Overnight Team Member at 1189 Prospect Street. The overnight shift runs from 11 pm to 7 am. Pay is $17.65/hour total ($16.15 base + $1.50 overnight shift premium). This position is not suitable for students.

As a Team Member, your top priority is guest satisfaction. You\'ll rotate through the drive-thru, front counter, and sandwich station, ensuring every guest receives a quality experience. You will be trained in operations standards, food safety, health and safety, cleaning and sanitizing, and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with hospitality
• Complete guest orders including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts, sandwiches, and wraps
• Prepare food items following Tim Hortons product standards and guidelines
• Operate equipment according to all relevant operating guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, changing garbage bins, cleaning the dining area, parking lot, and behind the counter
• Follow food safety and health and safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate with team members to keep service efficient during overnight hours
