Job summary

Tim Hortons in Ontario is seeking a Team Member focused on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant. You will be the first point of contact for guests and help create memorable experiences by greeting, taking orders, and assisting in bakery preparation.

This role emphasizes energy, multi-tasking, and clear communication with teammates. There are growth opportunities toward Trainer, Supervisor, and other leadership positions; Tim Hortons values enthusiastic teammates who want to contribute.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
• Friendly and outgoing

• Deliver and create exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced Tim Hortons environment.
• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Assist in bakery production and maintain cleanliness and organization on shift.
