What will you do?
  • Act as the primary escalation point for suppliers and branches on invoicing and payment issues.
  • Investigate and resolve aging vendor statements (>6 months) and prevent purchasing holds.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
  • Monitor and report on Early Payment Discounts (EPD) performance; drive initiatives to maximize savings.
  • Approve vendor setup and changes in SharePoint.
  • Build strong relationships with top suppliers through regular meetings and negotiations.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements across invoicing and payment workflows.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of purchasing analysts to achieve departmental goals.
What do you bring?
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, vendor management, purchasing, or accounts payable.
  • Proven experience managing or leading a team in a supply chain, vendor management, or accounts payable environment.
  • Post‑secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the P2P cycle and related financial systems.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and leadership skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint); experience with P2P, ECM, and workflow systems preferred.
