Job summary

Ubisoft Montréal seeks a Team Manager to support a development team focused on improving workflows, continuous integration/delivery, build systems, and the tools used to deliver Rainbow Six. You will collaborate with the technical lead and partner teams to reduce development friction, improve deliverable quality, and enhance delivery reliability.

You will guide the team growth, align roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives by impact on productivity and quality, while promoting AI-enabled automation

Qualifications

• Experience managing a software or game development team.
• Understanding of CI/CD, build systems, automation.
• Ability to translate technical direction into actionable plans with partners.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams in a production environment.
• Interest in practical uses of AI in software development.
