Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• First Aid & Non-Violent Crisis Intervention is an asset.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with youth.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome youth accessing services.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with at-risk youth.
• Responsible for implementation of Covenant House philosophy.

Skills

Experience in a low barrier, harm reduction setting

Supervisory experience

Understanding of Trauma Informed Practice

Effective communication skills

Ability to manage crisis situations

Teamwork and collaboration

Education

Diploma or degree in related social service
