Job description
Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing the overall performance of inbound processing and outbound dispatching of all commodities within the reverse logistics network. The incumbent is also responsible for coordinating all activities related to the flow of these items at the DC level while also ensuring the expedient movement of items to the various stakeholders.

What you'll do

Manage the processing of various commodities as part of the reverse logistics network.

Able to collaborate with multiple locations, carriers and various stakeholders to ensure items reach ultimate destinations in a timely manner.

Ability to track all items processed and submit a monthly report.

Forecast inbound flow and adjust staffing requirements accordingly.

Plans and schedules DC associates to ensure proper staffing in order to receive and ship various commodities in a productive, timely, safe and cost-efficient manner.

Conducts daily start‑up meetings; organizes daily assignments/workload to associate, and assigns duties accordingly. Establishes or adjusts work assignments to meet daily production schedules.

Trains Associate in the proper execution of standard operating procedures (SOP’s). Implements and ensures they are followed, and verifies the accuracy and completeness of all records/documentation activities within the work group.

The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
