As Team Leader, Regional Marketing, Visibility and Engagement, you’ll play a key role in an exciting growth phase for BBA. You’ll report to the Director, Strategic Marketing and Communications, and your main mission will be to help our regional teams share their success stories, showcase our local talent, strengthen their market presence and bring the BBA promise to life every day.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of regional visibility and engagement initiatives that align with BBA’s overall marketing and communications strategy
  • Support the team's success by anticipating their needs and finding effective solutions, whether this involves streamlining processes, improving collaboration or engaging external partners
  • Coach and support two advisors in planning and delivering their projects, ensuring messages, visuals and regional approaches are consistent, high quality and aligned with BBA’s overall brand strategy
  • Develop and set content and outreach initiatives in motion: public relations, social media, articles, awards and recognition, and more
  • Contribute directly to key mandates by helping create content, ensuring deliverable quality and advancing strategic or priority projects
  • Build and maintain a network of external suppliers (writers, graphic designers, PR professionals, etc.) to boost team capacity and performance
  • Measure and share results to fuel continuous improvement and enhance the impact of our marketing efforts on BBA's brand awareness

Summary of certifications and job requirements
  • University degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field
  • From 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand visibility or communications, including experience leading teams or managing multidisciplinary projects
  • Experience in the professional or technical services sector (engineering, environment, consulting, and more) would be an asset
  • Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients located in English‑speaking Canadian provinces and abroad
  • Advanced French skills to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients within Québec
  • Spanish is considered a strong asset, given BBA's growing presence in Latin America
