The Team Leader - Quality Assurance & Employee Development (TL) plays a pivotal role in driving performance and fostering growth within the Quality Assurance and Employee Development team. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding team performance, and ensuring consistent, high-quality coaching delivery across key areas of the business.

What does your typical day look like?
  • Leading and supporting a team of QA and development coaches to achieve strategic business outcomes;
  • Monitoring and enhancing coaching effectiveness, quality standards, and operational efficiency;
  • Aligning and optimizing auditing practices to ensure consistency and impact;
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that elevate service delivery and employee experience;
  • Build clear and focused development plans toinnovate on existing skillsets in the team;
  • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure expectations are met;
  • Promote and communicate the corporate strategy and vision as it relates to the team;
  • Participate in strategic initiatives in support of organizational goals;
  • Oversee operational initiatives tooptimizeour qualityprogram;
  • Other duties as required.
What skills and training do you need?
  • University or college degree preferred;
  • 2-3 years of experience in employee development, quality assurance or other related roles;
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience;
  • English/French bilingualism is an asset;
  • Good knowledge of different coaching methodologies, QA tools and methodologies;
  • Travel insurance underwriting / policy knowledge;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products;
  • Ability to coach and lead in a team environment.
