Responsibilities
  • Lead a crew of 12 operators on two tissue machines.
  • Promote and enforce safety, housekeeping, production, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate daily troubleshooting and problem‑solving with operating teams.
  • Manage crew performance and support employee development.
  • Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree or a completed 2‑year (minimum) post‑secondary program in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
