Nestlé Canada’s Nespresso division seeks a Full Time Team Leader to champion the brand, oversee daily operations, and elevate the customer experience while driving sales targets. You will mentor staff, manage KPIs, and ensure smooth store operations, including administrative and customer service tasks.

The role emphasizes passion for coffee, training, and growth opportunities in a dynamic retail environment within Canada.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
• Demonstrated excellence in understanding and driving KPIs.
• Ability to stand for an entire workday and lift up to 23 kilograms.

Position summary

We are looking for a Full Time Team Leader to join our team! This position is an existing vacancy. This role will be responsible for acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence as well as above and beyond customer experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in driving sales and achieving our sales targets.
