Join a team shaping some of Canada's most critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects. As Team Lead, Building Mechanical – Vertical Infrastructure (Water & Wastewater), you will combine technical expertise, people leadership, and client engagement to deliver innovative facilities that support communities and protect vital resources.
In this player-coach leadership role, you will guide multidisciplinary project delivery, mentor and develop talented engineers and designers, and contribute directly to the growth of WSP's Building Mechanical practice across the municipal and industrial water sectors. Your work will influence everything from treatment plants and pumping stations to complex process-support facilities that help communities thrive.

MB & ON: $112,100 – $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $111,000 – $147,400
