Job summary

Brookdale Treeland Nurseries Limited (BTN) is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to supervise crews of 5–15 in our fast-paced perennial greenhouse operation. You’ll lead through varied projects as seasons change and keep teams motivated in a dynamic environment.

You’ll plan daily work across production, potting, plant care, and Christmas production, set safety and efficiency standards, and adapt to weekly variability. Experience in greenhouse or agriculture is a plus.
