A dynamic technology company in Dartmouth is seeking a full-time Team Lead to oversee customer operations and staff at their Halifax store. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive customer experience, train and supervise team members, and manage store operations. Activate is a technology company building interactive gaming facilities across Canada, US, and into global markets. We fuse technology and physical activity to create live-action gaming experiences. This is a full-time Team Lead position at our Halifax store located at 72 Finnian Row.
The Team Lead works under the direction of the Store Leader. The primary responsibilities are to ensure customers receive a positive experience during their visit and to oversee all staff on shift, providing guidance and assistance as needed. The incumbent is expected to lead by example, modelling attendance, attitude, and attention to detail.
