Qualifications

• Qualified mechanical experience is essential.
• Experience in a leadership role with other employees is needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must possess a Truck and Coach License '310T' or Red Seal certification.
• Class B commercial driver's license with a passenger endorsement is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assign, monitor, and check work of service technicians.
• Convey information from front of shop to technicians.
• Review and correct technician documentation.
• Train employees on repair and maintenance of coaches.
