Job summary

Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a part‑time Team Lead for Cornerstone Lloydto help drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example on the sales floor, support daily operations, and coach a fashion‑savvy team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards. A passion for fashion and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or customer‑focused environment.
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Promote effective communication with the Store Manager to ensure alignment and timely execution of priorities.

As a Team Lead, you will collaborate with the management team to keep operations running smoothly and inspire the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. With your leadership, sense of style, and hands‑on approach, you will help create a vibrant, organized, and customer‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support store performance by contributing to the achievement of sales goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist with day‑to‑day operations, including compliance with policies and procedures, loss prevention, opening and closing routines, cash management, report generation, and scheduling support.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation to ensure a clean, consistent, and welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience.
• Coach and develop the team through ongoing training and constructive feedback to strengthen skills, confidence, and overall performance.
