The Vancouver office is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Office Services Team Lead to join its busy and fast-paced Office Services team. This is a hands‑on working lead role that combines day‑to‑day operational responsibilities with team coordination and support.
The Office Services Team Lead is responsible for coordinating the daily workflow of the team and ensuring that high-quality, timely and responsive support is provided to lawyers and staff. This role has a strong focus on document production and related services, including coordinating print, copy, scanning, binding and other document service requests, while also supporting the broader operational needs of the office.
The Team Lead will both work alongside and oversee the Office Services team, providing day‑to‑day direction, assigning and prioritizing work, training and mentoring team members, and stepping in to complete work as required. This role requires someone with strong office services experience who understands the demands of a professional services environment and can effectively balance competing priorities while maintaining a high level of client service.
The position reports to the Director of Finance and Operations and is scheduled to work 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday in the office.

The target salary range for this position is $60,000 – 70,000, commensurate with the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
