A leading engineering firm in Kelowna is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Team Lead/Manager to guide the expansion of their team in BC. This role involves recruiting and mentoring engineers, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience and be registered P.Eng. in BC, along with a strong background in client relationship management and business growth.
WSP is seeking a dynamic and growth-minded Mechanical Engineering Team Lead/Manager to lead the expansion of our Mechanical team in Interior BC. Based in Kelowna or Kamloops, you will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing mechanical team and expanding our client base across BC, the Yukon, and western Canada. This is more than a technical leadership role; we are looking for someone with the vision and drive to build a team, grow market share, and strengthen WSP's presence in the region. You\'ll be instrumental in shaping our local operations while contributing to major projects across Western Canada.

Salary range (in British Columbia): $96,200 to 132,200
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
