Job summary

A financial services company in Windsor, Ontario, is seeking a Team Lead, Level II Operations. This role involves managing support ticket queues and mentoring a team. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Team Lead or Supervisor role.
  • Experience in project team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor support Canadian ticket queues.
  • Lead the L2 Support team to maximize throughput of tickets.
  • Mentor and coach team members.

Skills

Bilingual English and French (preferably Québécois)
Strong analytical skills
Team leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with service desk technology
Knowledge of automotive financing

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or technical area
