Location: Blanshard Pork Sow (Oak River, MB)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Salary: Competitive compensation based on experience
Schedule: Rotating shifts that include weekends, holidays, and occasional alarm response.
Are you an experienced professional in swine production with leadership skills? As a Team Lead in the Farrowing Barn at Canada Packers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the health and welfare of our animals while leading a dedicated team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll contribute directly to our production goals and foster a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Manager, Hog Barn, you’ll oversee all activities in the farrowing areas and supervise staff. Your responsibilities include:
