Job Description

As a Team Lead, you will report to the Store Manager and support the Management Team in fostering an inclusive, positive environment that drives store success. Responsibilities include sales and profit achievement, recruiting, performance management, coaching, and development.

A Day In The Life (What You Will Do)
  • Ensure the store achieves company objectives and KPI goals.
  • Provide leadership by balancing policy, procedures, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Implement merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent store environment that attracts shoppers.
  • Coach, mentor, and give on‑spot feedback to team members.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.
Qualifications

Who you are (What you will bring):

  • At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer‑experience environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to mobilize a team toward a common goal.
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment while focusing on customer experience.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Additional Information

Hiring rate of $19.35 (rate may be higher based on relevant experience).
