A community-focused organization in Winnipeg is seeking a Team Lead to assist in program management and support youth and families. The role includes planning activities, supervising student interactions, and collaborating with families. Candidates should have a degree in Human Services and at least 4 years of experience in the youth care field. As a member of the Coach 1 team, the Team Lead assists the Program Manager in both the daily operation and development of the program. This position provides an opportunity for training as a Program Manager and is also intended to provide coverage for the Program Manager in their absence. The Team Lead ensures all responsibilities towards the youth are carried out within a trauma and resiliency-informed framework, promoting a culturally proficient approach when working with students and their families, ensuring client safety. Choice and control are priorities of The Link, and providing behavioral management and academic support in the classroom as well as in the community; family support; recreational programming; and other community components of a 24-hour treatment plan based on The Link’s Therapeutic Model of Care, including establishing collaborative and trusting relationships.

$45,000 - $47,500.
