Qualifications

• 10-15 years of technical experience in building science.
• Experience in managing projects and facilitating business development.
• P. Eng. designation is required.
• Experience in building condition assessments and performance audits.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage building performance projects and act as the Technical Lead.
• Provide support for restoration and new construction projects.
• Conduct staff management tasks including hiring and training.
• Maintain client relationships and generate new business.
• Oversee project management tasks including budgeting and scheduling.
