Ubisoft is looking for a Game Analytics Team Lead to the Canadian Analytics Team (CAT), part of Ubisoft’s Production HQ.
The primary mission of this team is to create the best gaming experiences by placing player behaviors and motivations at the heart of the design process. They achieve this by providing in-depth player analyses to guide decision‑making, combining cutting‑edge qualitative and quantitative approaches across various methodologies and data sources.
As the Game Analytics Team Lead, you will implement best analytical practices within the Montréal/Québec studio.
Your main goal will be to promote and develop the use of data in games. Together with your team, you will support production stakeholders by translating their game‑related concerns into actionable quantitative analyses of player behaviors. You will also adopt an exploratory approach to develop techniques that address new challenges and inspire innovative solutions. Finally, you will contribute to building the team’s knowledge and skills on cross‑functional topics and participate in growing Ubisoft’s analyticsn
