Job summary

A community health organization in Ottawa is seeking a Team Lead for its Alternate Neighbourhood Crisis Response program. Qualifications

• Lived experience related to mental health, substance use, and/or homelessness.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant service delivery.
• Driver's License (G class) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support in crisis management and client care.
• Coordinate and monitor team activities in a 24/7 operation.
