Job summary

Walmart in Terrebonne, QC is seeking a retail associate to deliver customer service and stocking tasks in a safe, clean environment. You will greet customers, help locate merchandise and promote products, while supporting stock handling and backroom readiness.

The role requires ensuring proper fixtures and tools are used, maintaining shelf integrity, and contributing to safety through policy adherence and hazard-free work areas. Minimum wage starts at 18.75 CAD per hour.

• Age – 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
