A Day in the Life
  • Provides exceptional customer experience working with various Production teams
  • Follows HUB Service Guidelines
  • Processes all documentation according to HUB workflows
  • Formally corresponds with customers and insurers
  • Manages account reconciliation working with the Accounting team
  • Maintains accuracy of electronic files
  • Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers
  • Abeyances and follow‑up for outstanding information & documentation
  • Reviews and prioritizes all assigned tasks on a daily basis including mail, emails, abeyances / activities
  • Provides back‑up support for other departments and Reception on an as‑needed basis
  • Continues professional development to enhance skills and abilities

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $53,000, impacted by factors such as successful candidates’ skills, experience, and location, as well as business line scope and level. HUB International offers comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid‑time‑off, and eligible bonuses and commissions for some positions.
