What you will do
  • Prepare working paper files, tax provisions, corporate income tax returns, tax elections and information returns for corporate clients, including Global MNE’s
  • Provide client support for CRA audits and inquiries, follow‑up on Notice of Assessments and communicate with the CRA on various tax matters
  • Perform tax research and analysis as part of the tax provision and tax compliance process on a wide variety of tax issues
  • Collaborate with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners on client engagements and assist with tax planning strategies
  • Maintain client files to ensure accurate and timely completion of returns and schedules
  • Interact with clients and other KPMG team members to support engagement delivery
  • Participate in product design discussions on tax processes and user testing of various tax technologies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance tax delivery through technology
What you bring to the role
  • 1–2 years of experience in a public accounting firm
