About the Opportunity

As a Tax Preparer, you’ll focus primarily on preparing T1 personal tax returns while handling light bookkeeping and occasional support with simple T2 corporate files. You will work directly with walk‑in and scheduled clients, manage your own files, and ensure accurate, efficient completion of each return. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a busy setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file T1 personal tax returns
• Communicate directly with clients to collect information and clarify tax‑related questions
• Maintain accurate working papers, schedules, and file documentation
• Support basic bookkeeping tasks when required
• Assist with simple T2 corporate tax files
• Ensure all work complies with CRA standards and internal procedures

The Requirements
