A global professional services firm in Canada is seeking a dynamic Tax Manager to join their Private Client Services. This role requires advising business owners on tax and wealth strategies while managing client engagements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA certification, and a minimum of 4 years public accounting experience. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $83,000 to $133,000 and the opportunity for discretionary bonuses.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $83,000 - $133,000
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
