LaBarge Weinstein LLP is seeking a motivated tax professional to join our Ottawa team. You will work with corporate lawyers and clients on a broad range of tax matters from formation through the full lifecycle of a business.

In this role, you will work closely with our corporate lawyers and clients on a wide range of tax matters arising throughout the business lifecycle. Our clients range from innovative startups and growing private companies to established and public companies, giving you the opportunity to work on sophisticated and varied transactions.
This is a new position created due to team growth. While the preferred location for this role is our Ottawa office, we are open to candidates based inTorontoor Vancouver, where we also have offices.
We are committed to offering competitive compensation. The expected annual base salary for this role is $125,000–$170,000. Placement within this range will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, demonstrated skills, and work location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
