Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and engage in various challenging transfer pricing projects, contributing to the delivery of high‑quality services for our diverse clientele.
  • Plan and organise teams for the execution of a variety of transfer pricing projects.
  • Assist in the delivery of top‑notch transfer pricing services and strategic advice.
  • Meet with clients to discuss transfer pricing issues and manage teams to produce client deliverables.
  • Provide planning assistance, defend clients’ transfer pricing in audits, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), and prepare documentation.
  • Coach and mentor junior staff to ensure assignments are executed with accuracy and completeness.
  • Enhance technical skills by staying current on transfer pricing trends, new legislative developments and tax authority decisions, and applying this knowledge to complex client situations.
  • Identify opportunities to provide transfer pricing and other specialised services, and contribute to thought leadership materials.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 9 or more years of transfer pricing experience.
  • A degree in business, economics, accounting, finance, statistics, law, or a related field.
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, professional services environment.
  • A high level of drive and self‑motivation, coupled with a mature, proactive approach to work.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
