Job summary

Cohere is a remote-first, global AI security company hiring a Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for Engineering and Research roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers, deploy creative sourcing methods, and own end-to-end candidate engagement across markets like EMEA and the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles across engineering and research in global markets.
• Proven track record of sourcing candidates in high-growth and high-bar environments (startup, tech, AI preferred).
