A visionary AI company based in Toronto is seeking a Talent Sourcer & Coordinator to develop pipelines of high-fit candidates for their teams. The role requires a strategic mindset and operational capabilities to enhance the hiring experience, with responsibilities in sourcing, outreach, and coordination. We’re hiring a Talent Sourcer & Coordinator to develop signal‑rich pipelines of high‑fit candidates for our technical and creative teams across Canada. This is a hands‑on insight‑driven role focused on building sourcing systems, crafting outreach strategies and collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure we’re connecting with exceptional talent.
You’ll be responsible for driving top‑of‑funnel research and candidate discovery while also playing a key coordination role to ensure a smooth and high‑quality hiring experience. The ideal candidate is both strategic and operational, someone who understands how to identify high‑impact profiles and translate recruiting goals into action.
Stipends for phone, internet and meals – we expect occasional late nights and weekends dedicated to our mission. This level of commitment may not suit everyone and we openly communicate this expectation.
