Position Overview:
The Talent Solutions Manager provides leadership for a team of five professionals who manage the university’s recruitment, selection, and pre‑employment processes for all non‑faculty and temporary employees. The Manager leads the staff in overseeing training and orientation on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices for campus managers. The position manages all administrative aspects of the Talent Solutions unit including website updates, policies, reporting, analysis, and process improvements. The Manager supports the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Human Resources in leading key HR initiatives with university‑wide impact, building a high‑performance culture, and overseeing the recruitment life‑cycle. The Manager serves as a consultant and subject‑matter expert to university leadership, collaborating with department heads, deans, and campus leaders to promote an engaged HR culture and implement high‑impact talent programs.
