A leading Canadian airline is seeking a Talent Recruiter to engage and recruit talent through various platforms and social media. You will handle full cycle recruitment, develop business relationships with clients, and participate in continuous training. The role requires a university degree in Human Resources, proficiency in both English and French, and familiarity with Canadian employment legislation. This is a hybrid position requiring occasional office presence.

Reporting to Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Recruiter will attract, engage, and recruit talent using various HR platforms and social media, building relationships networks.
The Talent Recruiter will be responsible for delivering recruiting support for Air Canada's recruiting needs and client groups through proactive initiatives, participating in recruitment activities across all Air Canada divisions.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest, at the time any offer of employment is made and seeking any required work permits/visas or other authorizations which may be required is the sole responsibility of the candidates applying for this position.
