What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Define and drive the talent development roadmap for onboarding and manager/leader development programs
  • Lead programs from inception to scale, maintaining existing programs while optimizing for global scalability
  • Design and partner to create just-in-time training experiences tailored to various user personas
  • Apply a data-driven product mindset to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous iteration
  • Serve as the central project manager, translating strategy into actionable plans with clear milestones
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven ability to build programs from the ground up, with a track record of delivering end-to-end programs
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution and problem‑solving
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Proven success in aligning diverse stakeholders through clear communication and trust
  • Must have a builder mindset with a high degree of ownership and resilience in ambiguous environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed environment
  • Prior experience in Talent Management, L&D, or People Operations functions
  • Familiarity with modern HR or L&D technology platforms
  • Experience in live and/or virtual facilitation of learning or development programs
