A global fintech company in Toronto is seeking a Talent Partner to support hiring in Technology & Product and Sales roles. Candidates should possess 3–4 years of recruitment experience, excel in sourcing, and be passionate about creating an inclusive candidate experience. This hands-on delivery role offers the chance to work closely with hiring managers and influence recruitment strategies globally.
We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Talent Partner to join our growing global People Team.
The successful candidate will support hiring across both of our recruitment verticals, Technology & Product, and Commercial & Corporate, with a particular focus on Sales and Commercial roles in North America and LATAM. As these regions continue to scale at pace, you’ll work closely with your Senior Talent Partner to deliver high-quality hires across multiple locations. This is a hands-on delivery role with the opportunity to lead special projects that influence how we attract, engage, and retain talent globally.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and colleagues across the People Team, acting as an ambassador for Sokin’s values and helping us build a world‑class candidate experience.
