  • Coordinate cross-training and mandatory training programs.

  • Maintain the Company's training matrix, certifications, and training records.

  • Develop and update training materials, SOPs, guides, and learning resources.

  • Support employee development, internal growth, and succession planning.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Partner with the HR Manager on employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.

  • Work with the Social Committee to organize company events and employee activities.

  • Support initiatives that improve employee experience and workplace culture.

  • Organize JHSC meetings, safety training, fire drills, and other Health & Safety activities.

  • Maintain required Health & Safety records and documentation.

General:

  • Work closely with HR, leadership, Production, and Office teams on people-related initiatives.

  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Responsibilities may evolve based on the changing needs and priorities of the Company.
