Our Leamington based client, the fastest growing bio-control company in North America, is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Talent Hunter to join their dynamic team. This individual will perform outbound hunting for executive and technical talent throughout North America. Successful candidates will demonstrate a great deal of emotional intelligence, outstanding communication skills, exceptional resourcefulness and passion. This company currently has just over 50 employees and are hoping to have more than 250 in the next 5 years in both Canada and the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Influencing and persuading technical and executive personnel who say they are happy where they are working - avid outbound hunting
  • Identifying and prioritizing wealth-generating positions/roles in the company
  • Creating and maintaining redundancies for all roles, especially critical roles
  • Reviewing and analyzing employees\' productivity data
  • Coordinating performance reviews
  • Conducting employee workload analysis as needed
  • Matching employees\' work with their talents
  • Training and making arrangements for training to enhance productivity for the company and career development for the employees
  • Identifying training needs for team members\' professional development
  • Reviewing and coaching each team member on personal performance promises monthly
  • Coordinating with head hunters and recruitment agencies
  • Creating and nurturing a social network of top-needed talent
  • Creating and maintaining employer branding in social media / website
  • Recruiting new employees, CO-OPs and volunteers
  • Networking with agriculture and related institutes for sourcing talent
  • Attending job fairs
Qualifications
