• Experience in People and Capability and/or specialisation in Talent and Development operations.
• Experience in supporting design, development, and delivery of projects to improve organisational performance.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the annual talent planning processes.
• Maintain talent pools and process documentation.
• Promotion of wellbeing, culture and psychosocial health and safety projects.

Skills

Advanced skills in MS Office suite

Knowledge of psychosocial health and safety best practice

Education
